Team Knurdz reached the Proxy Maze '26 finale after advancing through the top 25 and top 8, and won the Most Popular Team award: Torch Proxies' 14-week university hackathon for proxy-based innovation.

Team Knurdz 3.0 won the n8n partner track at Sri Lanka's Cursor Colombo 24 Hour Buildathon with Nexus OS, after 24 hours of building at Royal-MAS Arena.

Team Knurdz Neural reached the top 7 among overall Sri Lanka inter-university teams as a finalist in Aurora 2026's Agentic AI Challenge at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Two Knurdz teams reached the finale at RoboRoarZ International in the tertiary league: a design-centred Smorphi robotics competition with teams from universities and polytechnics across Asia and the Middle East.

Team Knurdz was selected among the top teams in the IESL RoboGames University Category: Sri Lanka's undergraduate robotics challenge at the University of Moratuwa.

Knurdz placed third worldwide in Vercel's Zero to Agent build week with Origami: the highest-ranked submission from Sri Lanka in a field led by two international teams.

Team Knurdz competed at the Xeynergy Mini Competition: a fast-paced build challenge hosted by Xeynergy, focused on AI-assisted development, creativity, and teamwork.

Knurdz members claimed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd on the Logic Sprint leaderboard at IEEE Open Week 2026: a four-day challenge hosted by the IEEE Student Branch, University of Moratuwa.

Team Knurdz placed 2nd runners-up at Road to Legacy 2.0 and won the inter-university mini competition: a cross-campus meetup and flagship event linking UOM, UOC, and USJ first-year IT undergraduates.

Team Knurdz won the IDEALIZE mini competition by AIESEC in University of Moratuwa: the Agentic AI & MCP challenge alongside Sri Lanka's island-wide mobile and web development programme.
